If your game is stuck on the loading screen, and you encounter this display, please follow the steps below to resume playing the game.
Snap a screenshot of the screen where you're facing the issue (as mentioned above). Ensure your Player ID is clearly visible in the screenshot, and keep it safe (you'll need it later). Create a fresh LA:R account on your phone. Please remember to clear your cache to set up the new account. Dive into the tutorial. Tap on the cogwheel at the top right and log in at the bottom right. You should receive a prompt to select your saved game. Please opt for the higher-level account if prompted, and always choose the server data. You're all set! If you don't see these options, proceed to the next step. If you're not directed to access your account, send the screenshot of your stuck screen and your new Player ID to our support team. They'll help restore your account.
