If you go to Edit Deck, your new card will either show up in your deck or your card library. They will be marked with a "new" banner. If you obtain an upgrade boost, those can be accessed by going to Research and then clicking on Upgrade. Once a card is selected for an upgrade, any available boosts will show up at the bottom scrollable area.
